Calvary Baptist Church in Statham, Georgia operates this website and the member portal so guests can learn about the church and members can stay connected. This page describes the information we handle.

Public website

Public pages include service times, ministries, events, livestream, and giving links. Visit and ministry forms may be hosted by Google Forms. Online giving is processed by Aplos. Those providers have their own privacy policies.

Member portal and mobile app

When you accept an invitation and sign in, we store your name, email address, household information, group memberships, event responses, and the notification preferences you choose. Directory contact details (email, phone, and address) are shown to other members only when you allow them. Staff who administer the church directory can see member records in order to serve the congregation.

Accounts and email

Sign-in uses a password you choose. We send email only for invitations, password reset, and church communication you have opted into. Device alerts require your permission and are optional.

How long we keep information

Member records remain while you are part of the church directory. Staff can update or remove records at your request. Session cookies last only while you are signed in.
